CENIPRIMO Chianti Classico Gran Selezione

Distinctive traits: intense nose with hues of fresh fruit and violets, and balsamic notes

CeniPrimo is located on an Ancient River Terrace. The vineyard of just 6 hectares, is located 300 meters above sea level and has a south-west aspect.

Harvest: The grapes of CeniPrimo vineyard were hand-harvested over three days, from October 5th to the 7th, 2023.
Ageing: 22 months in 500-litre tonneaux of which 30% new and 70% second passage.
Alcohol: 14,50 % vol.

Tasting notes
Intense ruby red color.  The nose is very complex, with notes of ripe fruit, violets, spices and balsamic hints. It enters the mouth elegantly and voluminously, with excellent acidity and a tannic texture. The finish is long and persistent.
