Once the grapes have been pressed, the pomace is distilled in a discontinuous steam still. The slow extraction to which the marcs are subjected, ensures that the original characteristics of the grapes are kept.
Grappa di Casalferro has a crystal-clear colour, a pleasant and vineous bouquet with elegant marmalade tones. Balanced and nicely persistent, and a complex finish of small red fruits.
